Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Shop Manager for WooCommerce" mobile application (the "App") developed by SwiftlyWP App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a mobile interface to view and manage WooCommerce stores via the WooCommerce REST API. The App is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Automattic or WooCommerce.

3. Account & Store Connection

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WooCommerce REST API keys.
  • You must have authorization to access any WooCommerce store you connect to the App.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Free & Pro Plans

  • The App offers a free tier with basic features and a Pro tier with additional features.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price listed on our pricing page.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.
  • License keys are non-transferable and limited to the number of devices specified in your plan.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  • Share, distribute, or resell your Pro license key.
  • Use the App to interfere with or disrupt WooCommerce stores you do not own or have permission to manage.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SwiftlyWP App is not responsible for any data loss, store downtime, or financial losses resulting from use of the App. You acknowledge that the App communicates directly with your WooCommerce store and any actions taken (such as editing orders or products) are your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of SwiftlyWP App. WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
