How do I upgrade to Pro?
Purchase a Pro subscription on this page. You'll receive a license key by email. Open the app, go to Settings, and enter your license key to unlock all Pro features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel your subscription anytime. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period, then you'll automatically revert to the Free plan.
Do I need a WordPress plugin?
No. The app connects directly to your WooCommerce store via the REST API. No plugin installation required.
How many devices can I use?
Your Pro license can be activated on up to 3 devices. You can deactivate a device anytime from the app settings.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. The app communicates directly with your WooCommerce store over HTTPS. Your store data (orders, products, customers) is never stored on our servers — it's fetched directly from your WooCommerce store. We only store your encrypted store connection details and notification preferences on our secure servers (Supabase) to enable features like push notifications.
