- Account information: Email address and password when you create a SwiftlyWP App account.
- Store credentials: Your WooCommerce store URL and REST API key to connect your store.
- License key: If you purchase a Pro subscription.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notification delivery.
- Push notification tokens: OneSignal player IDs for delivering notifications.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not store your WooCommerce store data (orders, products, customers) on our servers. All store data is fetched directly from your WooCommerce store via the REST API.
- We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or any data unrelated to the App's functionality.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your account and connect to your WooCommerce store.
- To deliver push notifications about orders, stock levels, and store activity.
- To validate your Pro license key and manage your subscription.
- To provide customer support.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Your WooCommerce API keys are stored in encrypted form on our secure servers (Supabase) to enable features like push notifications and multi-device access. They are also cached locally on your device using the platform's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
- Account authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard encryption.
- All communication between the App and your WooCommerce store uses HTTPS encryption.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purposes described in this policy.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Disconnect your store at any time by removing it from the App settings.
- Opt out of push notifications from your device settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
