Getting Started
How do I connect my WooCommerce store?
Open the app, go to the Connect screen, and enter your store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com) and your WooCommerce REST API key. You can find your API key in your WordPress dashboard under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
What permissions does the API key need?
For the Free plan, a Read-only key is sufficient to view orders, products, and customers. For Pro features (creating and editing), you'll need a Read/Write key.
Do I need to install a WordPress plugin?
No. The app connects directly to your WooCommerce store via the built-in REST API. No additional plugin is required.
Pro & License
How do I activate my Pro license?
After purchasing Pro, you'll receive a license key by email. Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the 'Current Plan' section, tap 'Already have a license key?', and enter your key.
I didn't receive my license key. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at swiftlywp.app@gmail.com with your purchase email and we'll resend it.
Can I use my Pro license on multiple devices?
Yes, you can activate your Pro license on up to 3 devices. If you reach the limit, deactivate one device from the app settings before activating on a new device.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider dashboard. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Troubleshooting
I'm getting a 'connection failed' error
Make sure your store URL starts with https:// and your API key is correct. Also verify that your WooCommerce REST API is enabled (WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API).
I can view data but can't edit anything
Your API key likely has Read-only permissions. To create or edit orders, products, and coupons, generate a new API key with Read/Write permissions in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
Push notifications aren't working
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for the app. Also check that notification permissions are granted in the app's notification settings screen.
The app shows outdated data
Pull down on any screen to refresh the data. The app fetches fresh data from your WooCommerce store each time you refresh.
